Your data, your call.
meroGO is built trust-first. This policy lays out exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it — no fine print, no surprises.

The short version
meroGO bundles rides, food, grocery, rentals, parcels, jobs and home services into one app. To make any of that work, we collect some information about you — and we try to collect only what a service actually needs.
We do not sell your personal data. We don't run dark patterns to trick you into sharing more. This page explains, in plain language, what we gather, why, and the control you have over it.
Information we collect
Account details you give us — name, phone number, email and, where required, payment information so you can pay for a ride or an order.
Service data created as you use meroGO — trips you take, orders you place, addresses you save and messages you send to a driver or merchant.
Device and location data — approximate or precise location while a service is active (to match you with a nearby driver), plus standard device and app diagnostics.
How we use your information
To deliver the service in front of you: routing a ride, dispatching an order, processing a payment, and keeping you and the operator safe during the trip.
To keep the platform trustworthy — verifying accounts, preventing fraud, and investigating safety reports.
To improve meroGO and, only where you've allowed it, to send you updates about new services in your city.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your account information from the app at any time, and you can turn off location sharing when a service isn't active.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. We honor those requests across every US state we operate in.
You can opt out of promotional messages without losing essential account and safety notifications.
Security and retention
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of who can see what. No system is perfect, but security is treated as a first-class part of the product, not an afterthought.
We keep information only as long as it's needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes — then we remove it.
Changes to this policy
As meroGO adds services we may update this policy. When we make a meaningful change, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
