Every trip, looked after.
meroGO is built trust-first. From verified accounts to live trip protection and 24/7 human support, here's exactly how we keep riders, operators and orders safe across every service.

Safety is the floor, not a feature
meroGO puts rides, food, grocery, rentals, parcels, jobs and home services in one app — which means a lot of people meeting a lot of people. Keeping every one of those moments safe is the baseline we build on, not an add-on we charge for.
This page lays out, in plain language, the protections that sit behind every trip, order and booking: who we let onto the platform, what happens while a service is active, and how to reach a real person when something goes wrong.
Verified people on both sides
Every driver and service operator passes identity checks and a background screening before they can take a single request, and we re-run those checks on an ongoing basis.
Riders and customers verify a phone number and, where a service requires it, a payment method — so the person on the other end of a trip or a delivery is accountable, not anonymous.
Profiles, ratings and trip history travel with each account, so repeated bad behavior surfaces fast and gets people removed.
Protection while a service is active
Every ride is GPS-tracked end to end. You can share your live trip and ETA with a trusted contact in a couple of taps, straight from the app.
An in-app emergency button connects you to local emergency services and shares your live location and trip details so help knows exactly where you are.
Routes are monitored for unexpected stops and long detours, and you and the operator can reach support without leaving the trip screen.
Real humans, around the clock
Our safety team is staffed 24/7. Urgent reports — a safety incident during or right after a trip — jump the queue and reach a trained specialist, not a chatbot loop.
Every report is logged, investigated, and followed up on. Serious incidents can result in immediate suspension while we look into them.
You'll never be charged for reaching out about a safety concern, and you can do it during a service or long after it ends.
Your safety and your privacy
Location sharing is tied to active services — a driver sees your pickup point to find you, not your life. You control precise location and can turn it off when nothing is running.
Communication between you and an operator runs through meroGO, so phone numbers and addresses stay masked where the service allows it.
How we collect and protect this information is spelled out in full in our Privacy Policy, which is built on the same trust-first principles.
A community that holds the line
Ratings and reports from riders and operators feed directly into who stays on the platform. The system only works because people use it — if something feels off, tell us.
We publish clear community guidelines for both customers and operators, and we enforce them. Harassment, discrimination and unsafe conduct have no place on meroGO.
As we add cities and services, safety standards come first and travel with us — the bar doesn't drop because a market is new.
