Terms of Service

The deal, in plain words.

These are the terms for using meroGO — what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. Written to be read, not buried.

01

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and meroGO, Inc. when you use the meroGO app or website. By creating an account or booking any service, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, that's okay — but you won't be able to use the platform. We've kept the language as plain as we can so you can actually read it.

02

Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your state to use meroGO, and the details you give us must be accurate.

You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

03

Using the services

meroGO connects you with independent operators — drivers, couriers, merchants and service professionals — who fulfill the rides, orders and jobs you request.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully: no harassment of operators, no fraudulent requests, and no misuse of any service offered through the app.

Some services may be limited by city, availability, or local regulation, especially as meroGO expands across the US.

04

Payments and fees

The price you see before you confirm is the price you pay. We show fares and fees up front — no hidden charges, no surprise line items.

Payments are processed through our payment partners. Refunds, cancellations and adjustments follow the policy shown at the time of booking.

Operators keep the large majority of what you pay; our fee covers running the platform, support and safety.

05

Acceptable use

Don't use meroGO to break the law, endanger anyone, or interfere with the platform's operation. Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform, put others at risk, or repeatedly violate these terms.

06

Disclaimers and liability

meroGO works hard to keep the platform reliable, but services are provided “as is.” We can't guarantee an operator will always be available or that every trip will be flawless.

To the extent allowed by law, meroGO's liability is limited. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

07

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as meroGO grows. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will reflect the current version.

Questions about these terms? Reach out through the app and a real person will help.
